You will love this beautiful gulf front home off of C-30 on Gulf

Pines Drive between Cape Sand Blas and Indian Pass. Gulf Pines is

one of the most prestigious subdivisions and private subdivisions in

the Cape San Blas area. There is a nice wide beach right in front

of the house.

After owning the original house for 18 years in 2003 we completed a

2000 Sq. Ft. two story addition and renovation of the original

structure making it a 3200 Sq. Ft. home with the goal for hosting

large groups such as a family reunion. The house has plenty of

common space inside and out and extra large bedrooms to handle a

large number of people comfortably. The goal was to make the house

very functional and comfortable. It is tastefully furnished with

brand new furniture featuring 2 kings, 2 queens, 1 bunk set, 1

sleeper sofa, and 1 futon.

This house offers 1600 feet of great room living space between two

great rooms and three different decks offering 1700 sq ft of deck

space. The main floor great room opens up onto 15x42 ft porch half

of which is fully covered. The leather couches & chairs and oak

dining room set with 6 oak bar stools around the pennisula kitchen

counter/sink make this a very comfortable main great room. The

kitchen is part of this great room and this is generally where the

action is for the adults.

The second floor great room is one of the reasons we built the

addition. We have lots of kids, nieces, nephews and friends. The

great room has fantatic views of the beach. The second floor is

above the roof of the original house and has commanding views of

gulf. From this room and the 10x42 ft covered deck that is accessed

by 3 sliding glass doors you can see St. Vincent's Island, Cape San

Blas Pt. (and light house) and on clear days St. George Island which

is approximately 20 miles away. During the heat of the day this

upstairs great room is ideal for kids. Complete with TV and stero

which has out two indoor and two out door speakers, the kids can

play cards or board games, listen to music or just relax on the deck

and enjoy the views. As you can see the two great rooms allow there

to be some space for kids and adults.

In the evening as the sun sets this is a favorite spot for happy

hour (for the adults). The second story which is equipped with a

microwave, mini fridge, wet bar area, dish washer, bin ice maker and

twenty feet of counter space with cabinets. It has a bunk bed, a

queen sleeper sofa and a futon couch providing additional sleeping

space for large families or multiple families vacationing together.


There are four extra large bedrooms on the main floor each with

their own full bath. Each room has a large 6x5 ft window. Each

bedroom is decorated in a different theme. The 'light house' room

has a sliding glass door onto the deck ocean side. The king size

oak bed makes for a very comfortable night's sleep.

The 'sand dollar' room also has a sliding glass door onto the main

deck. Decorated in sand dollars and with a queen bed this room is

wonderful to wake up in.

The 'Key West' room is surrounded on two sides by a veranda and has

beautiful wood and glass french doors that open up on the

veranda and allow for nice breezes to blow through. This room has a

queen bed and a trundle bed/couch in the sitting area, and a TV/VCR

is also part of this suite. This room is part of the new addition

and has 10 ft ceilings.

The 'sail boat' room is also part of the new addition and also has

10 Ft. ceilings. The room is furnished with a beautiful dark wood

king bed. The room is exceptionally quiet and the shades block 100%

of the light when drawn allowing those who like to sleep late to do

so. The room is equiped with a TV/VCR.
