Description

BooTiki House is an upscale, comfy, new vacation rental on the North End of The Cape sitting one house back from beachfront where the sand is white, the water is blue and the sunsets are spectacular. For more information about the area and our house check out website.

The house has community beach access just steps from the front door, and Bay access about a block away. The Bay has spectacular sun rises, lots of birds to watch and a super place to swim and scallop. Few houses on the Cape have community access to both beach and bay.

BooTiki has large screened facing the beach where the sunsets are spectacular and an open balcony off the kitchen where sunrises over the Bay are equally spectacular.

This home is as barrier-free as we could practically make it. The elevator is large enough to accomodate most wheelchairs and stops on all 3 floors. A ramp allows access to the house at the front door and access to the screened porch next to the pool. The bedroom doors are wider, the hallways wider and the staircases are wider for access.

⦁ Yellow twin bed en-suite shower, quartz 1 sink vanity, 32 in SMART flatscreen TV, access to screened deck (with views of the private pool and ocean)

How do damage deposits work?
