3 bedroom 1.5 bath with outdoor shower, bay front paradise

This quaint cottage is Bayfront with Wall to wall windows creating amazing water views; and direct beach access- no beach tags or loading of the car. Pierce's Point is an insider's Paradise. The house is perfectly located between Stone Harbor, Wildwood and Cape May beaches. Every day you can explore a new beach or relax and enjoy the beach at your fingertips.

3 bedrooms- a large Master Bedroom; a small bedroom with a twin daybed; and a third bedroom with a daybed/pop up trundle. The trundle option can accommodate another couple or 2 individuals. Other bedding options are: sofa bed.

Open concept kitchen/main bathroom have been recently renovated. We are always updating and modernizing. Just added updated photos! The cottage has a full bathroom; powder room and outdoor shower. This is great for multiple guests. Additional bonuses: washer/dryer; dishwasher; gas grill; Cable/Wifi and air conditioning units.

2 living areas; Entertainment center- basic cable/books and games. Lower level sitting and dining area-table has a leaf etension- wall to wall windows and direct access to the deck and beach. A small breakfast nook perfect for 1 or 2 people.

Most importantly- Outdoor living! We have an amazing deck with an extension pier for fishing and nature observance. We provide outdoor seating/umbrella shade/lounge chairs. After a day at the beach, set up your camera/wine/cheese and watch a different sunset every evening. Some nights are electric orange/purple/pink and blues.

In addition, we provide inflatable Kayak; 2 inflatable standup Paddle boards and floats. You will be able to bring your equipment and launch in front of the house. Tether the inflatable tubes to the dock. Low tide is perfect for young children. Many guests love fishing from the pier.

This area is famous for Bird species and horseshoe crabs. At any time, you can see Manta rays/dolphins and turtles. Bring a crab trap and catch fresh seafood. There are hiking trails; nature preserves and bike paths nearby.

I love the peaceful sounds of the waves; coupled with amazing water views. This is the perfect retreat for meditation/yoga seekers or anyone looking to forget everyday pressures.

The location is inspiring for artists, photographers and writers. Biker's-motor and pedal will love exploring the area. Several wineries are nearby and Cape May festivals are easily accessible. There are several surfing areas waiting to be explored.

This cottage is so special you will only be disappointed that you did not extend your stay.

We are always renovating the home. We send out news of new additions/features to our guests. Once reserved, we send a welcome letter with property information, e keys and contact numbers/emails. We are not on the premises, however, we are available via email, text or phone. We recently hired a property management company for maintenance if problems arise. If an issue develops, together we work to solve the issue while you are in the home- if possible. I realize it may be inconvenient, however, there is a narrow window for repairs and we have future guests arriving. We take our owner role seriously and want you to enjoy our home.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
