THE PROPERTY

Your vacation will begin the moment you drive into the tranquil gated community, La Vida Way, and up the 3,000 square foot Turkish marble pavers driveway and walkway of this Mediterranean-style villa situated on 1.3 acres of professionally maintained land. Boasting 2,900 square feet of thoughtfully appointed living space, this magnificent home features custom marble tile and hardwood flooring throughout and a large stone fireplace near the front entry way. The open floor plan includes a marvelous kitchen, fully equipped for the master chef to show off their cooking skills, and an excellent living area, illuminated by natural sunlight shining through the large windows. There is also a home office, 3 full bathrooms with walk-in showers, and 3 comfortable bedrooms with beds that will have you sleeping like royalty. The heads of the household will especially love spending time in the master bathroom, where there are heated floors, an exquisite walk-in shower, and a jetted tub, allowing for a spa-like experience.
