Detached Studio in beautiful private home located in SW Cape Coral. Home owners live in main house, married couple.

Wakeboard/waterski on the Lake, completely furnished, private entrance, outdoor smoking patio, driveway parking, private bath, private room, on site laundry, lanai living area with TV, Stereo, and waterfront dock. Electric, water, WiFi, premium cable channels included. Nice private neighborhood. Studio has a queen sized sleeper sofa, dresser, desk, flatscreen TV, desk chair, and two large closets. Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tub/shower. No drugs, no heavy drinkers, no at home businesses. $950/month. 1 month minimum lease. Includes all utilities, use of heated pool, boat dock, and laundry privileges

Our house is close to SUNSPLASH waterpark, family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, Fishing, Beach, Gulf of Mexico, Tons of little waterfront bar/dining places in Matlacha artist colony , which is only 10 mins. away. Largest German Club in Florida, which is only 5 mins.

You’ll love my place because of the indoor swimming pool, Lake Alhambra, and dock.

How do damage deposits work?
