Twin house in a great Location: Rates are for up to 2 adults. and all utilities are included. Each additional guest, any age is $18.00 per night per person. We take some Pets they are also $18.00 per night, per pet, + tax. This unit includes two King bedrooms and a third sleeping area with a Queen Sofa bed, sleeps 2, sleeps up to 8 in beds. Sea Shell Villa is a southern exposure gulf access canal property is nicely furnished with ample space for the whole family. Features Southern Exposure heated Salt Water volley ball swimming pool 14 x 32 x 7 center deep, pool area is screened in, private dock, wireless internet, restaurants close by, Fun and entertainment in every direction. Fish right from our dock or pier fish at the Cape Coral Yacht Club. If you are a beach person the Yacht Club offers a white sand beach and a pool just a few blocks away or head to Fort Meyers Beach and its many activities.

How do damage deposits work?
