Hi! We are Pat & Trudy, and we are the New Owners of Villa Bella Vita since late 2014 & these are only some of the things our family just loves when we come to Villa Bella Vita.

About the home: This home is a SOUTHERN EXPOSURE split design.

Master bedroom shows beautifully with a king sized bed, large walk in closet, private walk out to pool area, oversized ensuite hosting his & hers sinks, separate toilet area, oversized shower, and large roman tub for soaking. Bedroom has wall mounted flat screen TV.

Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3 show beautifully with tastefully decorated furnishings, queen sized beds and oversized closet space. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen TV.

Guest Bathroom is equipped with bath/shower comb in tropical tasteful decor.

The home is an open concept design, so that you do not lose contact with your guests as you entertain. Enjoy the large pocket sliding doors that allow you to bring the outside in from both dining room and great room. With a much sought after Southern Exposure, this home offers you that beautiful warm sunshine from dawn to dusk. Enjoy cooking your meals in the updated & upgraded kitchen, and bring your food either indoors to the dining area, or outside to the screened in lanai, where seating for 6 is available. Gas BBQ grill is available for use as you need.

Your own private in ground pool is dual heated (solar & electric) with new salt water system in place - your skin, hair & clothes will love you for it, and it's better for the environment!

Walk down to your private dock & enjoy the scenery, rent a boat, fish, kayak, be present in the moment. Your choices are endless.

We have hired our hand selected property management team to ensure that you do not feel abandoned on your holidays in the unlikely event that you may need assistance.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
