The Villa is situated on a hill, surrounded by greenery, with a 360 ° view of the sea, Capalbio's tower, the olive grove and the surrounding countryside. It is 8 km from the beach. Argentario in 15 minutes by car, from the airport of Rome Fiumicino 1-hour drive. Capalbio is located in the heart of Etruria in an area rich in archaeological sites. In the vicinity of the villa the famous "Tarot Garden" of Niki de Saint Phalle and the oasis of WWF.Nella area there are numerous riding with the possibility of beautiful trips on horseback.
