Description

This rustic one bedroom apartment is located in the charming and charismatic Le Suquet. It is perfect for holiday rentals and congress rentals as the Palais des Festivals and the beaches of Cannes are only a short walk away.

The apartment is located on the second floor (the top floor), and although there is no lift, the serenity is perfect for escaping the bustling streets of the Croisette. As you walk into the apartment you find yourself in the charming living room which is equipped with a dining table and two chairs. There is also a sofa which can be used as a bed. In the living area there is a small TV and internet.

There is no air-conditioning, but the fan located in the living area combined with the large windows make the apartment light and breezy.

The rustic theme is continued in the small kitchen which is equipped with a new two ring hob, a coffee machine, microwave, a top loading washing machine and a small fridge.
