This new apartment is spacious and light with a modern style with well designed features. The living area is open plan consisting of a fully equiped kitchen and dining area and a very comfortable modern sofa bed giving extra sleeping accommodation.

The bedroom has 2 single beds and plenty of storage and opens out onto the small terrace with outside table and chairs.

The bathroom is a good size with bath and overhead shower and there is separate toilet.

There is an aircooling system in the building. There is Wifi internet.

Bristol Park is located on the Avenue Saint Nicolas towards the Boulevard d'Alsace, where there is a handy short cut making it a 5 minute walk to the Palais.

The French Riviera - Cote d'Azur region

The Southern Alps' offers stupendous resorts that are curtailed to any age group and any ski level. If you want to try something daring, there is diving under ice at the Orcières 1850 ski resort.

Cycling trails can be found throughout the region for those who love to cycle and enjoy riding the scenic route whilst on holiday. The ”Véloroute du Calavon" is one of the famous 18 km trail in the town of Saint Martin de Castillon, that is found to be adventurous and enjoyable.

Îles de Lérins is a phenomenal tourist attraction. It is two islands in the bay that can be reached by ferry. The smaller island has a ruined castle and monastery and the large island has various shops, restaurants, and a castle as well. There is snorkeling available in some parts of the islands.
