This luxurious large 3-bed apartment is set on the 6th floor (top floor) of a new building, with a terrace, garage, and is only a 5 minute walk from the Croisette and the Palais. Ideal for Congresses, It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious modern living area which has all mod-cons including broadband internet, TV and DVD and newly installed silent air conditioner as used in all 5 star hotels, can be left on all night with no noise. Top of the range silent air conditioning installed in each room with room remote control.

The apartment has a spacious living area with 2 large couches with a coffee table next to satellite TV. It also has a fully equipped, American style kitchen and a large dining area with a glass table and 6 chairs.

The apartment has been installed with a brand new air conditioning system, used in all the 5 star hotels, its silent, so can be left on all night in the bedrooms and there is no noise. It is a fabulous new system and will cool all the rooms silently.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms complete with fitted wardrobes and each room has one double bed which can all be made into two single beds in each if necessary.

At the front of the apartment there is access to a south facing terrace, with sea views, and overlooking the garden and park below. This area also has one large table with six chairs with a canopy. It also has two loungers next to the table for relaxing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Margaret (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
