This two bedroom, one bathroom apartment is on the 1st floor of a traditional building in Rue Marius Aune, just off the bottom of the Boulevard Carnot. The Palais des Festival is only a 10 minutes walk, thus an ideal rental for the business conferences.
The large living room has been beautifully decorated combining a mixture of French and modern styles. The tall French windows leading out onto the balcony bring in plenty of light and the high ceilings make the whole apartment feel so spacious. The parquet flooring runs throughout the apartment.
The dining area has a top quality table and 4 chairs and there is a beautiful leather settee.
There are 2 good-sized double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds that can be made into a double and the other has a double bed. This room does have enough room to add an extra z-bed if required.
The beautifully tiled bathroom has a stunning walk-in shower, hand basin, W.C. and the kitchen is fully equipped.
The famous Croisette and the beaches of Cannes are again only a 10 mins walk so Marius is in a really super location for a holiday rental.
If you are looking to explore the French Riviera the train station in Cannes is nearby where you can take a train to visit Antibes, Nice, Monaco and even Italy where there is a fantastic market every Friday. In the port of Cannes you can go by boat to St Tropez for a day or visit the islands off of Cannes. The local Cannes bus station can take you inland to visit the famous perfume capital of Grasse and delightful villages such as Valbonne.
