The open plan living room constitutes an extremely well equipped kitchen, a large dining table seating six people comfortably, a sofa and armchair. Stairs lead from the living area to the air conditioned mezzanine where you will find a further two sofas, a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Stairs from the mezzanine level lead to the wonderful rooftop terrace with stunning views. The two tables and four chairs which can be found on the terrace make it the perfect place for relaxing with a glass of wine or waking up over breakfast!

The kitchen, with its large work surfaces and overhead spotlights, has everything you would need to be able to prepare any meals for yourself and others. All of the appliances from the large fridge/freezer to the dishwasher are great quality and you'll find everything you need including a Nespresso machine.

Both of the ensuite bedrooms comprise two single beds which can be easily pushed together to form doubles if desired! Mirrored fronts to the wardrobes add light and space to the rooms which is further accentuated by the skylights which punctuate the ceilings of both the bedrooms and living area. Each bedroom has access to its own walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The towel rails are heated and the modern and functional aesthetic of these areas are cohesive with the rest of the property.

The modern design of this apartment is reflected in the appliances provided. From WiFi internet access and the HiFi stereo to the availability of a printer this property is great for those who need their gadgets, either for work or personal reasons!

This two bedroom apartment is situated just minutes from the beaches and the Palais. Its excellent location means that everything you could want from supermarkets to bars and restaurants are all close by. Furthermore both the bus and train stations are within easy reach making this a great base for if you wish to explore the region.
