Description

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a delightful 30's bourgeois building in the heart of Cannes' Carre d'Or just behind the Majestic Hotel, a stones throw from the Palais de Festivals & sleeps six people in 3 bedrooms. (Surface area 86m2).

The beautifully proportioned high ceilinged living room is wonderfully light & airy due to the full height windows that flood the room with light. There is ample seating in the sitting room & a dining area for 6.

The 3 bedrooms are all of a good size. The particularly large master bedroom has an emperor bed or alternatively can be set up as two singles. The other two rooms both have super king size beds which can be made up as two single beds. Both bedrooms have access to the rear north facing balcony. Bedroom 2 has an en-suite loo (WC).

All the rooms feature Hypnos beds, the most comfortable beds in the world. There is one goose down and one duck down pillow for each guest. All the bedrooms have a Sonos zone. The are further Sonos zones in the kitchen and sitting room.

The SieMatic kitchen was installed in the winter of 2013 and is simply stunning. See images above and see for yourself. It features, washer/dryer, dish washer, Miele Combination Oven and microwave. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine, fruit juicer machine, juicer and liquidiser.

There is also a breakfast bar with iMac computer station.

Getting around

The best way to see central Cannes is on foot, with everything close by. The train station is 350 metres from the apartment and from their the whole of the Cote d'Azur opens up with Monaco in the east about an hour away. If you want to visit St Tropez this can be done by ferry which takes an hour and fifteen minutes.

I don’t live in Cannes but I am available any time by telephone, which will be provided after booking. Additionally the apartment has its own web site with everything you could want to know about the apartment and Cannes. For an additional charge of around 12% of the cost of your holiday we offer full guest support from our representative in Cannes who will be on hand for any problems you may have.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michael (the owner) a message.

If Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
