The space

Set amidst the breathtaking natural beauty of the Rockies, this modern 1 bedroom condo (550 sq.ft) is a beautiful mountain retreat. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and take a breath of fresh air as your stresses melt away at this mountain paradise. Free high-speed internet is available so you will be well connected during your stay.

There is 1 BEDROOM which allows you to drift off to sleep comfortably on the king-sized bed. There is also a double pull-out sofabed in the living room for extra guests or children.

There is 1 BATHROOM: it includes a relaxing rain shower and blissful soaker tub.

It's easy to entertain in the spacious LIVING ROOM complete with beautiful slate fireplace, flat screen tv and DVD player. This suite is equipped with an in-suite washer and dryer which is perfect in case there is an accidental spill at the dinner table.

The stylish, gourmet KITCHEN features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets and a sleek breakfast bar which makes preparing snacks and meals with your group convenient and fun.

This stunning suite is located in Blackstone Mountain Lodge which is the perfect mountain getaway any time of year! Not only that, but this resort offers some amazing RESORT AMENITIES - recently renovated 2 outdoor hot tubs and heated pool which are perfect for soothing your muscles. There are BBQ's located in the courtyard by the pool if you wish to fire up the grill for dinner, nearby you will also find tables where you can enjoy your meal with your family and friends. We like to indulge in marshmallows all year long by the communal firepit and then head over to the games room located by the front desk for some evening entertainment. There is a lovely fitness centre for those who wish to adhere to their fitness routine while on vacation. Blackstone Mountain Lodge is about a 12-minute stroll to central Canmore where you can check out the boutique stores, superb restaurants, charming coffee shops and local pubs. On the way to downtown, you will see Elevation Place, a recreation centre complete with climbing walls, waterslides, a lazy river and fun for everyone. A little further and you will reach our favourite pub the Rose and Crown, which has loads of character and rustic charm but the food is what keeps us coming back (prices are reasonable too). Since there is so much to see and explore in the Canmore area, you will be relieved at the end of the day knowing that you have a free heated parking space for your car and storage lockers for your equipment waiting at the resort. To cater to our guests further, Blackstone even provides access to their DVD/games library (subject to availability). If you would like to partake in a little extra rest and relaxation enlist a professional at Verde Day Spa which is located on site and offers a variety of treatments using only the finest organic and natural ingredients.
