Welcome to our NEW Stunning 2 Story Penthouse loft with 1335 square feet of living space inside and a SWEET south facing balcony with bbq and patio furniture to enjoy the stunning beautiful mountain views of the famous 3 Sisters Mountains. This NEW 2 Story Penthouse loft boasts a spacious upstairs master bedroom with a King sized bed and large flat screen TV. The master suite has a walk in closet and an alcove area with twin bunk beds, perfect for families with small kids, or an area to lay down and relax while enjoying the amazing views of the surrounding mountains.

A large ensuite with dual sinks, dual shower heads, and a large soaker tub to relax in at the end of a fun filled day of outdoor activities and adventures.

The main level offers an open concept living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen as well as a second bedroom and bathroom. The spacious main floor bedroom comes with a split king bed and once again the spectacular mountain views.

The main floor bathroom features a gorgeous tiled shower with rain shower head and hand held options.

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops with a breakfast bar with 4 stools, and a dining table that comfortably seats 7 people.

The living room has vaulted ceilings, queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, PlayStation 4, Netflix, a desk for business travellers and once again, that spectacular mountain view.

The suite comes with two secured parking spaces located next to the elevator in the heated underground parkade for easy access to the top floor.

We offer guests free WiFi, in-suite laundry as well as access to the all the awesome amenities which you can enjoy. These include an indoor water park with heated indoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, water slide, kids frog slide and splash waterfall and a fitness centre.

On site dining at the Grande Kitchen and Bar Restaurant.

We also offer our guests a complimentary Banff National Park pass ($20 per day value) to enjoy the spectacular views and adventures of the world famous Banff National Park that is just minutes away.

We as hosts, Jeff and Sheila, are available by email or cell phone during your stay. Prior to your arrival, all information that you will need will be provided to you including our contact information. We aim to exceed your holiday expectations.

We want our guests to have the best Rocky Mountain vacation EVER, both indoors and out. Enjoy the spectacular outdoor adventures that Canmore and Banff have to offer while also enjoying all the comforts of home in a one of a kind spectacular condo.

Nightly rates vary depending on the season and holidays but our standard rates are $249CAN per night for weekdays and $299CAN per night for weekends.

Christmas Season 2018 rates are $499CAN per night.

Summer Rates 2018 (June 22-SEPT 22) rates are $499CAN per night.

Extra guest fee of $20CAN per guest pet night over 4 guests will apply.

Minimum stay varies from 3-5 nights depending on season.

- No outdoor shoes in the home.
- No pets.
- No Smoking.
- No excessive noise/partying.

-Check out is before 11AM.
