Description

A large 2 storey Townhouse. On the top floor you will find three bedrooms. There is one large double (6ft bed) with an en-suite shower room, one further double (5ft bed) and a twin bedded room. All the bedrooms are furnished with quality beds and fitted wardrobes, and there is also a family shower room on this floor. On the ground floor you enter into a long hall with a downstairs cloakroom. Off the hall you will find the lounge furnished with a leather lounge suite sitting in front of a large wood burner. Here you will also find the entrance to the television/reading room. Back in the hall there is a door leading to a small terrace, perfect for taking morning refreshments, or you could step up into the breakfast room which also has a wood burner. This leads into the kitchen, which is fitted with a range cooker, an American fridge and a dishwasher. From the kitchen you step down into the sun/dining room. This leads to the walled garden where you will find the swimming pool and sun terrace

The pueblos blancos of Frigiliana, Cómpeta, and Torrox form the Ruta de Vinos of Axarquia and there are beautiful unspoilt beaches within 30 minutes. You are less than 2 hours from Granada with the Alhambra palace. The village, which is fed by drinkable spring water filtered through the rocks of the mountain, is equipped with all the facilities you might need including a bank, a butcher, a small supermarket, a general store, a health centre and other small shops. There is also a large selection of bars and restaurants serving traditional tapas.
