This is a lovely holiday flat to let in the Résidence du Soleil in Canet-Plage in the Roussillon region of France.
The nearest airport is Perpignan, 20 minutes away.
The flat benefits from two comfortable bedrooms, a large lounge with a newly fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. It sleeps six people (four single beds and a double sofa bed) and is fully equipped with cooker, oven, fridge -freezer, washing-machine, etc. It also has a large balcony where you can enjoy your croissant in the morning and a drink and a great meal in the evening! It is on the second floor and has a lift and secure parking. Pétanque area for a few games of boules!
The flat is situated within 1 minutes' walk to a beautiful sandy beach and within 5 minutes to the centre of Canet-Plage with all the amenities it offers such as bars, restaurants, shops.
Whether you enjoy walks in the Cathar region, popping over to Spain which is 30 minutes' drive away or simply relaxing

Canet-Plage is a family resort with mini-golf, beach clubs, a marina and a swimming-pool. A French speaking person will greet you on arrival. Holiday rentals start on Saturdays at 4pm and finish on Saturdays at 10am.
Holiday rental prices range from £260 to £650 per week.
