A wonderful place to enjoy the beach located two minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment has air conditioning (dining area and kitchen), apartment very ventilated and fresh. Free WIFI. The apartment located in the center of the village will allow you to access its restaurants and supermarkets and even comfortably move to Barcelona by public transport, since the train is located two minutes walk from the house. DESCRIPTION CANET DE MAR POPULATION: Canet de Mar is a town in the Maresme region. Located at about 40 Kilometers northeast of Barcelona and south of Girona, it can be accessed by the national road II or by the C-32 motorway. With a population of more than 14,000 inhabitants, Canet offers both the resident and the visitor, a municipality open to the sea and surrounded by mountains, a beautiful contrast of shades of blue and green, where you can enjoy clean and calm beaches and of an ideal natural environment to make mountain routes on foot or by bicycle, highlighting the Pedracastell hill, from where you can see the coastline with stunning views of the region, and the Montnegre-Corredor, which is part of the Serralada Litoral , which protects the entire region and makes you enjoy this privileged climate, of which the Canet Valley is a clear example. Besides highlighting the excellent climate, the extensive beach area, of more than two and a half kilometers, and the forests that surround the municipality, Canet de Mar is the town where, in less space, there is the largest modernist heritage.

HOW TO MOVE: Location: the house is located at 40km. from the center of Barcelona 50 minutes by train (Plaza Catalunya). The train station is two minutes walk from the apartment. 45 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. Perfect location for sightseeing in the city as well as enjoying the Maresme coast and the Costa Brava.
