Apartment with unbeatable location: it is the only finca with pool and garden, on the seafront and in the center of the town that you can find in Canet de Mar, (coastal town 40 minutes from Barcelona by train, 35 minutes by car, with quiet and large beaches). Large dining room with fireplace and views to the sea and pool, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, one is suite). 2 full bathrooms The last floor (4th), with elevator. Optional parking. Equipped with: towels and sheets. Ideal: families with children, even two couples with two children. The entrance to the apartment must be Saturday or Sunday. Getting around

To the public transport (for example to go visit Barcelona) the best option is the train, is very close to the apartment and avoid traffic jams and parking in Barcelona. By train you can go to Barcelona center in about 50 minutes. There are also night buses running every hour.

How do damage deposits work?
