Description

Charming house, completely renovated. The house has four bright and good size, one with bunk beds. Dining room with a table and wide open to the dining room with a fireplace. It has two bathrooms with shower and a beautiful kitchen with American-style terrace and chills out. Perfect for families, the terrace is wide and a good place to play, private pool, barbecue and a relaxing view of the sea and Sant Pol from its chill out. It is located in a rural, quiet and easy access between the coastline and mountains.

Thanks to its great accessibility, is designed for those who want to know how a villager Catalan coast, the house is located less than five minutes drive from the beach of Sant Pol fishermen and ten minutes from downtown. It is close to the motorway exit Maresme beaches ideal for discovering continue or make a trip to Barcelona.

Also, just in front of the house is the Pitch & Putt St. Cyprian a total of 19 holes, you can go wander around but they have a wide range of prices so please play. The village has with a variety of local restaurants both downtown and the beach, is one of Carme Ruscalleda Sant Pau restaurant with three Michelin stars, but the waiting list. Near the house is Sauleda a local takeaway and tasting Mediterranean diet of high quality at a good price. But, returning to the beach, where you can choose Sunday to seek a roast chicken in the restaurant of the gas station and enjoy it on the terrace. Come meet the people and Sant Pol.

- It is forbidden to perform noisy activities (music, loud talk ...) starting at 9:00 p.m. and before 9:00 p.m. It is very important for us to respect the rest of the neighbors.

- It is forbidden to organize events, parties, bachelor parties, as well as any uncivil behavior.

- Acceptance of the rental contract conditions

IN THE CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ANY OF THE RULES, THEY SHOULD LEAVE THE HOUSE.

TO CONSIDER:

- All members of the reserve underage are the responsibility of their parents/guardian and must always be supervised by an adult.

- They must remove the garbage from the accommodation during their stay to avoid odors and dirt.

- Waste and negligent use of resources, electricity, water, and gas, may mean that the deposit is not returned in full.

- It is not allowed to use bath towels for the beach or the pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional expense.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house if you wish you can smoke outside.

- Groups of students are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.
