Description

Fabulous three bedroom apartment, recently renovated, with terrace five minutes walk from the beach of Canet de Mar, modern, comfortable and with all the amenities for you and your family enjoy an unforgettable vacation. A wonderful place to enjoy the beach and a family vacation! Terrace: fabulous terrace, for breakfast, lunch and dinner and sunbathing. You have to climb stairs to it. (roof of the shared building separated into two terraces). Strategic location: 45 minutes by public transport from Barcelona (train) and 40 minutes by car from the wonderful beaches of the Costa Brava. STAYS AND EQUIPMENT: • Room 1: double bed. • Room 2: 1 single bed and a desk (work table). • Room 3: 1 single bed. • Bathroom: 1 complete with shower tray. • Kitchen: American, complete with all appliances and appliances. It does not have an oven, but it has an excellent microwave with grill. • Terrace: with table and chairs, and ideal for relaxing and sunning. • WIFI: free. • Fans: There is a tall standing fan in each of the rooms, the apartment is very cool. • Towels and sheets and beach umbrella: Included in the price.

Getting around

Due to its unbeatable location, it allows you to do tourism both in Barcelona capital and on the Costa Brava. You can comfortably travel to Barcelona center by public transport, (the train is located less than ten minutes walk from the house and with a high frequency of transit) or if you have a vehicle you can also visit the famous beaches and coves of the Costa Brava , since 30 km away you are in the town of Lloret de Mar. A place that will not leave you indifferent and where you can make quality and cultural tourism.
