1BHK Apartment in Greenwood Meadows complex ,Candolim by SSM HOMESTAY. Its Spacious and comfortable air-conditioned 01 BHK apartment with 02 balconies on the ground floor. The apartment is well furnished with wood furniture. In bedroom double bed with bedside tables, cupboard, dressing and a split air- conditioner. In living area/hall there is air conditioner, 3+1+1 sofa set with teapoy , 4 seater dining table , LED television with satellite channels. In kitchen there are refrigerator, microwave, hot plate/Induction, kettle and basic utensils to cook light food.

The apartment is Set amidst the lush green woods of a Hill slope, the property is a peaceful place to relax and enjoy your time with nature. The property is also well connected to all the major Tourist Locations, Restaurants, Supermarkets,and the Candolim Beach which is 10 minute walking distance.

It boasts of a beautifully landscaped Garden, a Large Swimming Pool and ample Parking Space and 24 hours security. Apartments are all newly built and well maintained with all modern amenities to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Ideal retreat for those who seek tranquility and serenity.

Getting around

Transportation is absolutely not a problem as you can find plenty of public buses, taxies, car/ bikes on rent just outside the gate. Self driven Cars and bikes are easily available on rent which is the most convenient way for sight seeings. All supermarkets, restaurants, banks, atm's, shops etc are nearby the place within approx 1 km. Beaches, forts and other sight seeing places are within 15 km of distance. So, if guests like free roaming then take a car/bike/scooter on rent or else , they can hire a cab/taxi for sight seeing.

Interaction with guest

Our guests are valuable for us and we would like to welcome my guest personally and explain him about the place. I can share our vendors number with guests to rent a car,/ bike and to order food for home delivery. Guest can call me on phone for any other assistance or help.
