Description

Felix Holiday Homes is pleased to offer this one bedroom apartment located in the popular Devishri group Monarch Palms development in Candolim, which is within walking distance from local amenities and Candolim beach. This property will suit a couple, a small family or an individual.

The apartment is beautifully furnished to a high standard and features a spacious living room which has a sofa set, dining table with chairs, coffee table, air-conditioning unit, LED TV with digital cable subscription and WIFI internet.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with appliances such as fridge-freezer, gas cooker, water purifier, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker and food grinder. You will find ample cookwares and cutleries for your dining needs.

The double bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, clothing rails, air-conditioning unit, ironing board and an iron box.

There are two bathroom each fitted with a shower, basin, and a w.c. Additionally, one of the bathroom is also fitted with a hot water geyser.

Other appliances include a washing machine for your laundry and a high capacity Invertor for uninterrupted power supply.

Guest have access to the entire apartment, 2 swimming pools and an allocated car parking area.

This is a fresh new look for a great stay.

Note: Access to the swimming pool is subject to wearing of appropriate swimwear

Airport pickup and drop, Taxis, Car/Scooter/Motorbike rentals can be arranged.

Getting around

Candolim beach can be reached by foot in ten to fifteen minutes walk and Fort Aguada road which has all the trendy bars and restaurants is just five minutes walk from the apartment. One of the most convienient way to get around is to hire a scooter or a motorcycle, however, foreign nationals who are not used to driving on Indian roads have to be cautious. Taxis and self drive car rentals can be an expensive mode of transport. It is advisable to agree a fare in advance and metres are not in operation. Buses are also a cheap and convenient mode of transport. It is easy to reach neighbouring Calangute and Baga beaches, Panjim and Mapusa in a bus.

Interaction with guest

If I am in Goa, I will be available in person and if I am not, I will be available on phone or by email. The housekeeper will be available in person throughout your stay and will assist you in checkin, checkout, housekeeping, bike and car rentals, apartment maintenance, local assistance and other matters.
