Description

Super comfortable apartment in Cancun !!! 3 Bedrooms (one king bed, another a queen bed and a sofa cama, and the third one with two twins beds) and 2 full Bathrooms - Low prices, great gated familiar complex !!!

Feel life in Mexico, meet mexican people, taste real mexican food, enjoy the ambiance of Mexico and have the convenience of Downtown prices on accommodation, shopping and restaurants and of course enjoy our beautiful beaches !!!

This apartment is inside a Gated Residential Complex in downtown Cancun with 24hrs security guards at the entrance. It's a ground floor apartment, fully equipped with stereo, Plasma TV (with apple TV so you can have access to your netflix account) WiFi Internet, kitchen with stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee pot, blender, microwave and all necessary dishes, glasses, pans and cutlery, linens, bath towels, etc... Also the apartment has anti hurricane shades, just in case...

Located on a quiet residential zone across from a park and a Church in downtown. 15 minutes away from the beach, very near from famous Market 28 where you can find souvenirs, tipical food, tipical clothing, money exchange houses, banks, etc. Friendly and safe neighborhood. There's parking space in front of the apartment at no extra charge !

Owners live on the same area, almost door to door, and are available to orient/assist you if you need. Inside the complex, there is a green area which includes: a playground for your kids, three "palapas" (palm shelter), and two very nice swimming pools (a little one for toddlers and the other one for adults) with sun beds where you can sunbathe. Also there are a lot of trees and vegetation, here we grow lemons, bananas, papayas, basil (albahaca), cilantro, chile habanero, chaya, and also this condo is a eco friendly complex, you are invited if you want to (we recycle and do compost)

Bus service stop (where you can find taxis too) is 5 min walking, there you can take the bus to the Hotel Zone and beautiful beaches. If you´d like to go around Cancun and Riviera Maya, the ruins, the cenotes, coral reefs (that you must to), you can do it taking the ADO bus (station also is near from the apartment) or you can rent a car. If you like, we could help you to find a good deal with a city car rental company

There is a convenience store open 24 hrs at the entrance of the residential complex. A big supermarket with pharmacy is 10 min walking. Restaurants, banks, gas station and a big shopping outlet mall Las Plazas Outlet Cancun with cinema is 10 min walking.

We are friendly people, we have been living here for 15 years and we will be glad to help you and to give you advise so you can go to beautiful and incredible places near Cancun. We can meet any needs you have and answer any questions that may come up.

Also if you need extra maid service, a babysitter, transportation or a cooker, or also if you need to have some food, drinks or something special by the time you arrive, you can ask us, just remember to request for any service mentioned in advance. Also Airport Transfers can be arranged in advance !!!

So if you want a relaxing place to stay, come here !!! For both business people and tourists who wish to stay longer and want quality at a reasonable price, with the plus to live like mexicans do !!!

“Great house great location”

We stayed at Maria’s house for 12 nights and overall it was fabulous. We really liked the complex and the pool, the closeness to shops and a laundrette, the guys on the gate are wonderful. The apartment was simple but well equipped with everything that we needed and Maria was great at sorting out small issues as they arose. One thing I would warn about is that there’s limited water supply so if you’re a large family like ours, there’s not enough for everyone to shower long showers every day. Once we worked it out, we didn’t have any more problems with it but for a couple of days it was an issue. There’s also nowhere outside to dry wet clothes as you’re not allowed to. Again, not really a fault but something that we found tricky to start with.
