From the owner

This is a great escape to the sun situated in Costa Calida which is Southern Spain, near to the port of Mazarron. It boasts a good sized private pool newly built in 2013, surrounded by lush astroturf, which is both luxurious underfoot and safe to avoid slipping when exiting the pool, sun loungers are provided for relaxing around the pool area. There is a large bar-b-q area with outside kitchen and luxurious seating area. There are pool and outside lighting to enjoy meals of an evening al fresco with a tiled veranda for dining. The villa has 2 bedrooms 1 king size bed with built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and the second bedroom has a double bed also with built in wardrobe and chest. There is an open plan lounge/diner which has a good airy feel to it where there is a sofabed which sleeps 2 and a single pull out bed. It has a fully fitted kitchen and fully equipped. The bathroom has a bath and shower with instant hot water. There is air conditioning units in both bedrooms and lounge, this is pay as you go. 20 euros is credited at beginning of stay and any extra electricity needed will have to be purchased via owner by pay pal on a card system.

This is ideal for families and couples alike and also would be a great destination for a golfing holiday as the 18 hole golf course is just a 5 minute walk. It is a 15 minute walk from the commercial centre which has an array of bars/restaurants/shops which cover all culinary delights from chinese, indian, fish and chips, Italian, Bulgarian to name a few. There are local markets throughout the year and a bus service during summer months. Smoking is not allowed inside the property but ash trays are provided outside. Wifi is available on request for a small fee from 8 euros per week . Charge for cleaning will be extra, this will be 50 euros per stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
