Cottage in country house near Playa Es Trenc very quiet pretty rural Mallorcan style, newly built, with 130 m2 built on one level, on a plot of 25,000 m2, wooden beams, ceilings in some areas the house of up to 5 meters high. It is distributed in living-dining room with stove-fireplace, kitchen, three bedrooms, distributor, bathroom, laundry room. Heating and AC available (see supplement). Capacity 6 people. Possibility a folding bed space more Suppl. € 10 per noche.Totalmente equipped. WIFI. Large terrace covered by a spectacular porch at the end of which we reach the solarium of about 85 m2 where the pool is located and in the background a magnificent view of the mountains. outside bathroom with shower. Barbecue. Garden. Having only one floor ,. suitable for wheelchairs although housing is not specially adapted for the disabled.

House rules

We hope that guests use the facilities like home, keeping it clean, otherwise will be charged a fee of € 100 for the cleaning. The house is a place without smoke, smoking is only allowed outside, always use an ashtray. Butts can not be cast out by fire hazard especially in summer. Air conditioning (hot and cold) surcharge of € 12 per day. Cots are € 5 per night and highchair for € 5 per night.
