Always hot & sunny in July & August. Great in May, June and September. Our prices are for a total of up to 7 guests. Click on orange tag Check price and book online if you want to book.

A full clean at the end of your stay is included in our rate. The property will be clean when you arrive. Other rentals may charge extra.

Bed linen and house towels also included. Please take your own beach, patio and pool towels.

This property is a Maisonette Penthouse overlooking part of the Las Ramblas Golf Course. Also close to Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Colinas Golf courses and only a ten minute drive from the sea and many good beaches. Restaurants and bars nearby.

The property has 3 bedrooms. One master double with a marbled en suite bath and shower, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. See photos. The pool shown in the pictures is available for daily use and without extra cost for all booked guests and is suitable for all ages with supervision etc. It is maintained and cleaned regularly.

Wifi available in the property.

A sofa bed in the lounge is also available for use. There is also a main bathroom with bath and shower. The sitting and dining room is spacious with a decorative open fire place. Air conditioning hot or cold is on the ground floor and in the master bedroom upstairs. Electric fans also at the property. Basic TV with DVD player. Wifi allows online viewing with ipads etc. The property has a large balcony with an outdoor table, & a spacious and private roof terrace with sun loungers and BBQ. There are good views to the front and the rear. The property is surrounded by green belt with green pine and orange trees all year around. There is ample parking outside the property, without restriction or time limit.

Smoking outside on balcony or sun terrace is ok. Children should be supervised at the pool. No lifeguard. And on balcony or sun terrace. Both protected up to adult waist but supervision still recommended as property is on 2nd and 3rd floor of 3 in total. Cot and high chair hire and other hires are available for an extra cost and by arrangement with a recommended local company.

How do damage deposits work?

If Marc (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
