Our much-loved home offers everything you need for your holiday or golfing break making it the perfect choice whatever the occasion.

Convenient for both Murcia Airport (45mins) and Alicante Airport (50mins).

Situated on the Real Campoamor Golf complex, your stay will have you close to bars, restaurants and beaches, overlooking the large communal pool.

The villa can comfortably accommodate six people with two good sized double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. All rooms have ceiling fans fitted with additional air conditioning, comfortable furnishing and ample storage space.

The upstairs master bedroom has a double bed, full length fitted wardrobe, mirror and patio doors that open onto the balcony overlooking the large landscaped swimming pool. A table and chairs are provided for you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or evening aperitif. Steps lead to the large rooftop solarium with fabulous views over the surrounding area

The fully tiled bathroom with bath and overhead shower is between the bedrooms. Towels are included plus complimentary soap and shampoo.

Bedroom two has two single beds, mirror, ceiling fan and large fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room

On the ground floor in the lounge diner, we have provided a flat screen LCD TV showing English and Spanish channels, DVD, Hi-fi with the i-pod docking port. A good range of DVD's, books, games and CDs. Comfortable settees and furnishings give a cool haven from the sun.

A modern fully fitted separate kitchen is stocked with all the utensils and equipment you will need to make your stay comfortable as well as store cupboard essentials. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are housed in the separate galleria.

A large fully tiled downstairs toilet and shower room are also located on the ground floor.

Outside there is a front patio overlooking the landscaped pool area with a table, large parasol and seating for 6. In the back garden, there is a small terrace leading to a deck & gravelled area and garden, a quiet place to laze in the sun and to have breakfast on the terrace in the mornings.

We pride ourselves in offering our guests a home from home and always leave complimentary wine, beers, squash and water for your arrival. Cleaning and linen are included in the overall cost, beach towels can be used but we do ask that you wash them as we like to keep them separate from the house towels.

Our manager is available for any queries during your stay and we always make personal contact before your stay to answer any queries and give advice about the house and the surrounding area. There is a good range of information packs and books available at the house for you to browse during your stay.

The area around the villa is quiet but close to local amenities and fabulous beaches are only a 15-minute drive away

La Fuente commercial centre is a 15-minute stroll away or a short drive with lots of great restaurants and bars to choose from. The new La Zenia Boulevard is just a 10 mins drive away and here you will find great shops, restaurants and entertainment. Shops include Primark, H&M, Laura Ashley, as well as boutique shops where you can find something no one else will have. Bowling and a Casino are also here.

Around the villa are four first class Golf Courses, Real Campoamor, Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Los Colinas. La Manga is only a drive 60 minute away. We also have a local Golf shop offering discounted green fees and club hire.

Lovely, well equipped house with wonderful swimming pool on doorstep. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Bars, restaurants and supermarket close by. Lots of things to do and explore.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wendy (the owner) a message.

If Wendy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
