Beautiful country house near the village of Campanet in Mallorca. 20 minutes from the beaches at Port Pollensa, Alcudia and Muro. Fabulous pool, easy access to main road to Pollensa and Palma.Lovely grounds with mountain views. Great restaurants within five minute drive. Additional services available including chef. Fully managed property with gardener, pool maintainance and cleaning.
Separate flat makes the house ideal for holidaying with grandparents,nanny or teenagers or indeed two families holidaying together.
Fully equipped to a very high standard with wifi,flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station,table tennis and badminton.

“Beautiful spacious villa in excellent location”

Finca Son Gil is a wonderful place – a very spacious villa and pool set in beautiful grounds and in a good location to access other parts of the enchanting island of Mallorca - especially the scenic northwest. The proximity of the villa to Mallorca's major road means that you can quickly be on your way to Palma, or Polenca or wherever you please on the island. The sound of the road can be heard in the distance - but it still feels very peaceful and didn't spoil our enjoyment of this lovely spot. The villa itself is perfect for a large group: the double bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable and have well-equipped en suite bathrooms. The basement was ideal for our 3 teenage boys to have their own space. There are so many different areas inside and outside of the villa to sit and relax in that no-one need be on top of each other. The decor and furnishing is beautiful - definitely not a generic or anonymous holiday let. The villa owners, Flora and Sandy were very helpful and responsive to any queries we had both before and during our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed, including letting us use the pool during the changeover on our last day while we waited for a late flight. Nearby Campanet was a pretty little place to go for a coffee and pick up some daily provisions – a short trip in the car but a little too far to walk unless you are feeling very energetic.

“Stylish, peaceful, and authentic finca in a perfect setting”

From the moment the electric gates roll open, you know you are in a very special place. Magnificent olive and palm trees adorn the courtyard and reveal a house that is completely modern yet still authentically Mallorcan. It could not be better situated for access to the charming village of Campanet with it's lovely square and brilliant local bars and restaurants, and the buzzy market town of Sa Pobla. The main roads to Palma and the beaches and towns of the north are close by and convenient, but do not in any way intrude on the peace and tranquility of the place. We loved every minute we spent in this fabulous house and will definitely be going back.

How do damage deposits work?
