Description

Pretty, cosy seaside chalet at Park Resorts. Five minutes walk to entertainment centre/swimming pool, ten minutes walk to the lovely sandy beach/dunes, set on a quiet green.
Brand new kitchen/bathroom, completely modernised and decorated.
Cosy 4 seater Italia soft leather settee/recling armchair.
32 inch HD tv/freeview in lounge with dvd player (has HDMI sockets if you want to bring a games consul/hard drive with you)
Smaller HD tv/freeview/dvd in main bedroom.
Thermally lined curtains to compliment newly installed insulation, keeps you cool in summer but snug as a bug in winter!!
Restaurants, golf nearby, grocery shop on site. Main supermarkets deliver to door (tall fridge/freezer will hold a week's shopping for a family reducing those irritating shopping trips).
Plenty to do for all ages, excellent for autumn walking holidays at local nature reserves.

Deckchairs (4) large picnic bench, small barbecue for use on the patio outside.
Cushions/throws/rugs galore, 15 tog duvets (bedding supplied), plenty of wardrobe space with hangers.
Tea/coffee/sugar provided. Cafetiere if you want to bring ground coffee.


Excellent for using as a base to explore the area during the off peak season, great for walking or kite-surfing.
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the chalet or within 3 metres of any open doorways/windows due to fire risk.

A £50 breakages deposit (refunded on departure) will be added to the balance.

“Chalet 123”

Had a lovely stay at the chalet. We had a small dog with us and were avoiding the fireworks. It was comfortable and warm and ticked all the boxes.

Had a wonderful stay, took my two small dogs with me. It had everything you needed there. The beaches are wonderful, and lots of places to eat in Rye. Would definanlty come and stay here again. It's a great place to bring dogs, as you can walk miles on the beach. Thank you Sharon
