Luxury 3 Bedroom chalet at Park Dean Resorts in Camber. This chalet will sleep 7

Bedroom one 1x double bed, bed side tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout blind, full length mirror and bedside lamp

Bedroom two triple bunk which is double bed at bottom and single above, wardrobes, chest of drawers, black out blind, mirror

Bedroom three 1x bunk beds and chest of drawers , blind

Power shower over bath with shower screen, basin and WC unit. Illuminated mirrored cabinet with shaver point

Kitchen

Equipped kitchen with full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob , microwave, toaster etc

Living room

Reclining sofas, table and chairs, TV with freeview, coffee table blackout blind and lamp.

Outside the chalet has a large patio area with outside benches and large bbq which looks on to a large green.

Entertainment passes which will give you access to the complex after 5pm and swimming are available to purchase from reception.

Camber Sands Holiday Park is 5 minutes away from 7 miles of sandy beach where a lot of films have been made.The park has a number of facilities, including 4 pools with a water slide, rapids, spa bath and children's pool, ,showbar with bingo and entertainment (cabaret entertainment guide is available at reception), launderette, pub, fish and chip shop, convenience shop and arcade.

The Boathouse has a bar and restaurant, along with free Wi-Fi. Outside you have a decking area you will find crazy golf, go-karts and bike hire, basketball/football court, splash park zone, playground and zip wire. high ropes,climbing wall, bear grylls, build a bear and arts and crafts Activities including swimming are to be booked due to Covid

Just outside the park there is Indian takeaway, fish and chip shop, and a couple of pubs and cafes.

There are plenty of places to visit close by, details of many are available at reception. These include Dungeness and Romney, which has a steam railway, Port Lympne Zoo, Lydd airport for those pleasure flights, golf, go karting, kite surfing and wind surfing.

There is also a Thursday market in Rye - or perhaps a trip to France.

How do damage deposits work?
