Ash house is a traditional Irish B and B also with a 2 Bed Cottage beside , it situated in the heart of the Irish countryside, in the county of Kildare only 45 minutes from the city of Dublin. The Cottage at Ash House provides authentic country house accommodation with a warm welcome and great comfort, it is also an ideal base for touring County Kildare and Ireland's East and South. The Cottage is family run with surroundings typical of Irish countryside, peaceful and relaxing while also ideally located close to many lively local towns. Very suitable for families as we have a playground adjacent to the house also pet donkey called Connie and his friend Mossey the Shetland pony. Take a relaxing walk around the garden, or explore the small roads and lanes in the area. Locally you will find attractions including the beautiful stud farm and its idyllic grounds at The National Stud and Japanese Gardens as well as some of Kildare's finest Golf courses. The accommodation is tastefully decorated with each room unique in layout and many with own bathroom. We pride ourselves on offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere at Ash House. . At other times guests have a wide choice of restaurants and pubs, all within easy reach. We enjoy making our guests feel welcome and are happy to advise on places of interest to visit, things to see and where to find the best local restaurants and pubs.
