<p>Situated close to the impressive rock escarpments of Curbar Edge which line the sides of the valley,the property is a great choice for those wanting to explore the Peak District. The pretty market town of Bakewell is just a short drive from the property and offers a wonderful array of shops,cafés and restaurants to explore. The majestic country house of Chatsworth is also nearby and a wonderful place for spending an afternoon.</p><p>One of two cottages in this location,entry to the property is via the fitted kitchen which contains all the essentials that guests require. The open-plan lounge-dining area is full of character from the exposed wood beams and a beautiful exposed stone wall which creates a central feature of the room. The space is a good size,yet cosy enough for an intimate night in watching TV after a day spent exploring the Peaks.</p><p>Stairs lead up to the charming bedroom which contains a double bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a bath,shower-over,hand basin and toilet.</p><p>Outside,the barn has a delightful patio seating area that’s perfect for a BBQ and al fresco dining. Of course if guests are seeking something a little cosier,the Bridge Inn pub at Curbar is a great spot for a delicious pub meal.</p><p>The property is one of two cottages in this location. Booked together they can sleep up to four people.</p>
