Villa delle Signorine is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa delle Signorine you will enjoy a characteristic view of the greenery and of the other buildings. Villa delle Signorine is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be in the center of Calvanico, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will reach Villa delle Signorine from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a succesful stay at Villa delle Signorine we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Garden

The garden is 1500 square meters (16200 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by ancient trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, two sun loungers, a gazebo, a swing, an hammock and an external shower. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. Ground FloorLiving Room 1

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. There is an elegant fireplace made of stone. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the pedestrian street through a French door.

Living Room 2

You will be able to enter the second living room from the first living room. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed and a desk. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven. In the kitchen you will also find a small fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has two high windows.

Mezzanine Level

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a small wickerwork sofa, two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the second living room.

First FloorLiving Room 3

The third living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small terrace through a French door. The room has a window with a view of greenery and of the surrounding houses.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has two windows with a view of greenery and of the surrounding houses. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
