A unique waterside property built within the walls of an eighteenth century granary on the upper tidal reaches of the River Tamar. Recently renovated to modern standards with storage heaters and a wood burner for year round comfort. The comfortable first floor accommodation for 4 is architect designed to reflect the buildings industrial heritage with a fully glazed ridge creating a light spacious feel. A peaceful riverside retreat.

Please note that due to location the property has no internet access and there is a limited phone signal coverage in the valley.

    How do damage deposits work?
