Description

Residential Club Nautico is situated at the base of the Penon de Ifach - the famous Calpe Rock. This location is undoubtedly one of the very best on the Costa Blanca which is why we have had guests from France, Uk, and the USA.

Overlooking the harbour and marina, with panoramic views across the bay, the apartment is five minutes away from the beach area which includes some small bays and the larger blue flag Levante beach.

As Club Nautico is south facing,it gets the sun all year round and the balcony which has folding glass curtains can be used to its advantage, even in the winter months, so even if the weather turns chilly you can watch the daily life of the port and marina.

There are a couple of shops for your everyday needs in the Port area itself with the larger supermarkets being a ten minute drive away. There are also several bars and restaurants , the fish restaurants being a firm favourite with visitors. Its a ten minute trip into town where you will find many bars, cafes and restaurants offering varied menus.

Club Nautico is a perfect base if you want to explore the surrounding area or further along the coast line.

Comfort and style are on offer here. Furnished in a Moorish style and fitted with all modern appliances, you have all you need for an independent holiday.

All linen and towels are provided, including beach towels. Beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas and a large cool box are available for your days on the beach.

Secure parking in your designated space.

WIFI is included.

Ramps can be put in place to access the balcony for guests with limited mobility.

This apartment offers far more than your average holiday let.

We are able to offer a discount for bookings of a month or more during the winter period, November to March.

Getting around

If you want to go into town, the bus stop is five minutes away - they run every half hour. If you enjoy a walk, you can stroll along the seafront into town, takes about 15mins. Calpe does have its own railway and bus station, they are on the way out of town so you would probably need to call a taxi. Ten minutes to the rear of the building is the bus stop that takes the coast road to Moriara. Many of the local shops are agents for organised trips to places such as Valencia.

“Second time at appartment”

We have been visiting Calpe for 15 years, and this is the second time we have used this particular appartment. It is in a fantastic location and has everything that you will need, in fact the appartment is of a very high standard and extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony is to die for. Our last two visits were for a three week duration and we will be spending 12 days there over Christmas and New year. We have just paid a deposit for a month in July 2019. Although we have travelled extensively this has now become home from home. I am sure that we shall be making many more visits over the coming years. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to Calpe and in particular to this outstanding appartment.

This apartment was in an amazing location with a stunning view of the marina. Close to all amenities. What we loved most was how the apartment was stocked with everything you could ever want. It had TV/DVDs/board games/towels - beach and bathroom. All toiletries were provided, condiments, kitchen rolls/loo rolls/beach chairs - the owner had thought of everything. Would thoroughly recommend and will be returning.

For the second time we ware in this apartment on vacation . A magnificent establishment . Breathtaking view of the harbor. Everything is provided . Shops , cafes and restaurants within walking distance, you certainly do not need a car . We may also dear Pat ( the housekeeper ) mind that makes everything to the last detail is taken care of and always ready to help . Twice experienced a super holiday !
