HOLIDAY VILLA IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL AND CLOSE TO THE SEA (15 MINUTES WALK) FOR A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE.

DISTRIBUTION: This single level villa is ideal for a family. You enter the villa through an open arched naya/terrace furnished with table and chairs and comfortable seating with views of the pool. From the naya you enter the lounge/dining room which has local and satellite TV (39" HD) including many European and English channels. This leads through an archway to the hall with access to three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The first bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king size bed. The third bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and a separate shower cubicle. The fully equipped independent kitchen has a back door leading out to the rear terrace with table and chairs. This terrace also overlooks the pool. A safe is provided. WiFi internet is available.

EXTERIOR: The 850m2 villa gardens are beautifully planted with olive and fruit trees, shrubs and plants. There are areas where you can sit in the shade on hot sunny days. A long open driveway leads to the house with ample parking. New for 2017: 6 new sunbeds!

SITUATION: The villa is located in a quiet area of Calpe with views of the Penon de Ifach and glimpses of the sea. The safe and sandy La Fossa beach is a 15 minute walk away. The Penon de Ifach can be explored with magnificent views from the top. The pretty Old Town is also well worth a visit. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the port are all close by. It is a 30 minute drive to Benidorm and a 20 minute drive to Moraira, Altea and El Portet. Lots of areas to walk and picnic and many other activities in Calpe which is a thriving town with a Saturday market and mid-week rastro (flea market). The beautiful coastline and Jalon valley are there to explore by car if you wish.

“Great Family Holiday”

We stayed at Villa Linda Sept 2017, three adults and 1 year old. We had a great holiday, villa was fantastic just as described and very clean. A real home from home. Can't wait until next year!

“Spotless, well layed out, well situated villa”

Beautiful villa, wonderful garden and the pool was most welcome in the heat. The villa, pool and garden were immaculate. Its location is far enough from the town to enjoy a quite night but near enough to be able to easily walk to restaurants and 2 large supermarkets. The layout of the villa was cleverly done in that you could dine outside in sun or shade at pretty much ant time of the day.I would rate it the best kept, best kitted out property that I ever rented on any holiday that I've had. I would recommend a car to get the most of the area, the mountain scenery is lovely and worth the effort, it is not very far away and the roads on the mountains are laid back and easy to drive.
