Apartment Vista al Mar. This brand-new, deluxe and stylishly decorated apartment is situated on a TOP location: direct first line at the beautiful sandy Playa La Fossa beach and boulevard of Calpe. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view at the blue Mediterranean Sea and the coastline from Moraira to the imposing rock “Peñón Ifach”. The apartment has 2 bedrooms: One spacious master bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with walk inn shower and toilet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms are airconditioned! There is a second bathroom with walk inn shower and toilet. The fully equipped modern kitchen has a ceramic cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. From the stylish living/dining room you reach the terrace through a sliding glass wall.

There is a satellite TV and Wi-Fi available.

The Valencian Country region

Costa Blanca literally in English "White Coast") refers to over 200 kilometres (120 mi) of Mediterranean coastline in the Alicante province of Spain. The name "Costa Blanca" was devised as a promotional name used by BEA when they launched their air service between London and Valencia in 1957. It has a well-developed tourism industry and is a popular destination for British and German tourists. It extends from the town of Dénia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa del Azahar (Costa dels Tarongers), to Pilar de la Horadada in the south, beyond which lies the Costa Cálida. It includes the major tourist destinations of Benidorm, Alicante, Dénia, Moraira, Calpe, La Zenia, and Xàbia.

Calpe

Calp (Valencian: [?ka?p]) (Calpe in Spanish: [?kalpe]) is a coastal town located in the comarca of Marina Alta, in the province of Alicante, Valencian Community, Spain, by the Mediterranean Sea. It has an area of 23.5 km² and a population density of 855.45 persons/km². The town is located 67 km from the city of Alicante, lying at the foot of the Natural Park of Penyal d'Ifac.

The economy of Calp is mainly based on tourism and fishing. Many Iberian, Roman and Arab archeological sites exist in the town, due to its strategic coastal location.

There are some remains which testifies the presence of inhabitants in the region of Calp in prehistoric times; some remains date back to the Bronze Age. The first buildings were introduced by the Iberians, constructed on the higher grounds.

The Penyal d'Ifac (in Spanish Peñón de Ifach) was the natural lookout for the inhabitants that lived in the surrounding areas. Another lookout was the Morro de Toix Mountain, from which the Mascarat Ravine, an essential passage along the coast, could be controlled. The area gained in importance during the Romanization of the Iberian Peninsula. The township's proximity to the sea favoured marine trade and fish factories. Evidence of this are at the historical site Els Banys de la Reina (the Queen's Baths).

After the Arabs conquered Iberia, they built a castle overlooking the Mascarat Ravine. When the area was conquered by the Crown of Aragon, the Muslim administration was maintained: small townships set apart and protected by a castle or fortress. Therefore, the inhabitants of the region were dependent upon the Castle of Calp.
