A superb apartment enjoying beautiful views over the marina/port of Calpe. Inside the apartment is well furnished and equipped with modern amenities including English Satellite TV, whilst the attractive balcony overlooking the communal pool area is the perfect spot to admire the view and relax. The convenient location of the apartment makes it an ideal choice for anyone wishing to combine the privacy of an apartment with easy access to beaches and restaurants. The apartment is located on the third floor (2 apartments per floor) of an eight floor block, know as Residential Club Nautico, being the same as the yachting club in the port. During the latter part of 2013 we have added the glazing to the balcony, which now means that full use of the balcony can be enjoyed for 52 weeks of the year, with the added benefit of being able to fold each curtain back during the hot summer months if so desired, and of course being able to enjoy our spectacular views even more. As part of our ongoing updating of our apartment, during October 2015 wifi access direct to the apartment has been added.

The lounge has open views over the marina and has double sliding doors to balcony, with TV/dvd player and English satellite, three seater sofa bed and armchair, dining table with chairs. The master bedroom also has sliding doors to the balcony and is fitted with two single beds and en suite. The second bedroom also fitted with two single beds and has adjoining bathroom, with views over the rear garden area. The kitchen is American style overlooking the lounge area, therefore still enjoying the benefits of these spectacular views, and is fitted with cooker and hob, with large fridge freezer and all other amenities. The Utility area is complete with Washing machine, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. All you would need to enjoy a great family holiday.

The apartment offers a communal pool, and lounge area. It has its own underground secure garage parking space. There are two entrances to the building one from the port side, and one from the rear of the building, both by key entrance through gates. The port gates have lift to pool area, with lift also from the garage. The apartment block is the smallest of the two blocks with two apartments per floor, with only eight floors in total.
Normally bookings are taken from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum of 7 days. Other periods can be offeredon request. Bedding and Towels are supplied, and final cleaning is included in the price.
The Valenciana region
The Costa Blanca is renowned for its healthy sunny climate, which is said by the World Health Organization to be one of the best in the world. The old town of Calpe offers lots of interest with its quaint streets and walkways.
Benidorm is a 30 minute drive south, or can be reached by boat from the Port of Calpe, along with trips to Denia, Morira. Also there is the Terra Mitica Theme Park and the Aqualandia Water Park a must for families with children.
Many of the beaches along the Costa Blanca have won blue flag awards for their cleanliness, and safety.
Calpe's fishing port comes alive with the afternoons fish auctions. At this time you can watch the boats off-loading the day's catch. Restaurant terraces the fill up, with diners anxious to try some of the fresh local fish. Calpe is a beach resort loved by families, with golden sands and many amenities. The famous Penon d'Ifach dominates the horizon. The spectacular Rock of Ifach, now a nature reserve, soars 332m high and dramatically divides Calpe's two beaches, and bustling fishing port. The restaurants on Levante Beach and La Fossa Beach and in the old town offer amazing food at great prices.

"excellent location with panoramic sea views"
This apartment has a wonderful location with great views over the port and out to sea. There are many restaurants and a small supermarket within easy walking distance.Two large supermarkets are a 5 min drive away. A hire car is a good idea as there are many fabulous places to visit, both along the coast and inland. There is secure underground parking. However, a car is not necessary as there is ample to do nearby, including two magnificent beaches. The apartment is adequately and comfortably furnished (4 star) but the location is what makes the difference (5 star). Only negative is the lack of wi-fi. We are a retired couple in our seventies and will definitely return to this apartment next year.

"Fabulous facilities and a view to die for!"
Our second time in this apartment, and probably not our last. The location is ideal for all that is great about Calpe: - great restaurants, two beaches, a lovely harbour and great transport links to Calpe old town, plus boat trip access to Benidorm. A balcony overlooking the harbour provides the ultimate home dining location, and both sun or shade for relaxation.

Looking for an apartment close to the marina ? Well this one could not be better positioned ! From the outside it looks great and when you walk in you are not disappointed. The views from the living room and master bedroom are fantastic, just the tonic to wake up to. Anything we needed was within a short walk. Booking was a breeze and we have already booked for 2 further visits next year.

"perfect location for a calpe holiday"
nice apartment with a view to die for over the marina,just chill out and watch the coming and goings of the fishing and pleasure boats,fantastic location with very short walk to great restaurants and beaches out of front or rear entrances ,the apartment was very comfortable with very much needed air con to lounge and bedrooms,some of the funiture is looking a little tired especially on the balcony but still very comfortable ,i would definitely book this apartment again its not five star but perfect for a family holiday with older children,there is a pool with no shallow end with sunbeds around which 75% of the time we had to ourselves in july ,
