Brand new, high quality, south facing apartment on the 4th floor - just a 5 minute walk from one of Calpe´s long sandy beaches. Top quality finish with marble floors, granite worktops, hot and cold air conditioning and brand new furnishings and appliances. Calpe town is also a 5 minute walk with a huge selection of restaurants, cafés and bars to suit every taste and budget. The apartment sleeps two in a king-bedded room, plus there is also a large sofa-bed in the lounge. The kitchen is self-contained and fully equipped, with brand new dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave and washing machine. There is a brand new flat screen HD television with all the English free to air channels (via FreeSat) along with a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. The apartment also has WiFi available at no extra charge.The balcony is south-facing and has a table and chairs.There is a big community swimming pool in the grounds, which gets the sun all day; along with a padel court. Check in time is 16:00 and check out is 10:00 to allow for cleaning, but we will be flexible where possible.The apartment is ideal for a couple, or would suit 2 friends as there is a large sofa bed. It is not suitable for children.

The Valencian Country region
The Costa Blanca is renowned for its climate - with over 300 days of sunshine a year. The region has everything from long sandy beaches and rocky coves to soaring mountains and hidden valleys. You don´t have to go far from the coast to discover old Spain, where agriculture still takes precedence over tourism.
Calpe is a great destination all year round, with two beautiful long beaches, numerous small coves, a well preserved Old Town, salt flats, and - of course - the Peñon d´Ifach, symbol of the Costa Blanca.
In summer and Easter, the town attracts Spanish families from all over Spain. Whilst in Spring and Autumn, the visitors tend to be from Northern Europe, attracted by the mild climate and over 300 days of sun each year.
The town itself has a huge range of restaurants and bars to suit every taste and budget and whilst there are a couple of discos the nightlife is low key compared to Benidorm, just 20 km down the coast.
If you are a walker, cyclist or climber, the local area has plenty to offer. But if you prefer a quieter life, then the beaches and numerous bars and cafés will suit you down to the ground.
There is a weekly market selling fruit and veg along with clothes, shoes, bags and pottery - plus a weekly rastro where you can pick up a bargain.

If your looking for a one bed apartment it will be hard to find a better one. My wife and I have been coming to Calpe for the past 12 years renting villas and/or apartments. This one didn't disappoint. Superbly clean, exceptionally equipped with all you could need, air con was very very good. Owners very friendly and helpful. Easy walking to all you need, shops, restaurants, beach. Good value for money. We're hoping to return next year if it's free.

We loved this apartment in Calpe.It's a very comfortable ,spacious and well equipped apartment in a good location. It's convenient to the beach and promenade and the main town of Calpe with all it's lovely resataurants.We found it to be within easy walking distance to both beaches at Calpe and also an easy walk to the old part of the town. The whole complex is also very well maintained and it has a reasonably good sized swimming pool. It's convenient also to a large supermarket.
“Excellent apartment minutes from the beach”
We had an excellent stay. Everything you need was provided in the apartment and it is just a few minutes walk from a sandy beach.
“Great Stay in Excellent Apartment”
This is a superb apartment with an ideal location in Calpe as it is in easy walking distance to both of the long sandy beaches with their numerous bars and restaurants and also to the town centre and the many restaurants and shops available there. A new Lidl store has recently opened and is also within walking distance and is open 7 days a week for any supplies needed. There is also a small market held next to the property on Wednesdays and currently the larger Saturday market is just behind . As previous reviews have stated this apartment is sparkling clean ,comfortable and spacious with every amenity provided . Sky TV and the free Wi-Fi are also an added bonus especially if you were visiting for a longer period. I must say a big thank you to Karen and Martin for the personal and efficient way in which our whole booking was dealt with and we cant wait for our next visit.

“Sparkling Clean Quiet Apartment With Beautiful View”
Owners were super nice and supplied us with directions and helpful hints before we arrived,they also had maps and books about the area available. We stayed two weeks and they came twice to clean and replace linens during that time which kept the place spotless.The apartment featured a beautiful kitchen with state-of-the art oven,cooktop and microwave. There is a front-loading washer on a side balcony that has a small area to hang clothes to dry. There is also a proper place to hang clothes on the balcony. Because it was so sunny and breezy most of the time we were there drying clothes without a dryer was not a big issue. The balcony door and bedroom window had the capability to open and also a metal screen that could be lowered to block light. We didn't always need the a/c because of the breezes. There is a gated entry and garage and the building doors are secured at night. The apartment door has a double-lock on it. There was a space to park a car. It was so peaceful and safe there it seemed that none of those precautions were needed.There was also a beautiful pool that had a deep end and a kids pool. It is not right on the beach but it is also very peaceful and quiet. A circus opened it's tents a block behind the apartment and we were not disturbed. Every few days an impromptu type of market opened in the paved area near the front right of the building with delicious fresh fruit,vegetables,pastries,bread and nuts. There were also several vendors who sold clothes,toys and other items.It was an easy ten minute walk to the beach and downtown area where there are several markets and restaurants and places to buy toiletries,sundries and beach wear and toys.A beautiful theater featured live entertainment and films on various occasions . There is a small amusement park with rides mostly for kids and foosball and air hockey games for the adults.The beach was clean with lifeguards most of the time. The water was clear and the waves were just the right frequency and power to be refreshing even late into the evening The only negative thing I can say is that being from the U.S. south I was a little shocked by the ladies who decided not to wear the top portion of their swimsuits and found there was no way to avoid this on either beach.It obviously was not an issue for anyone else. You can manage without a car if you can walk or have a mobility device and don't have the desire to go anywhere except the downtown or beach areas. However, if you want to explore the beach on the other side of the "rock" as we called it or go to the mountains to explore the winery and restaurants you should rent a car. We were pleasantly surprised to find a night of free entertainment that consisted of dancing and live musicians in the nearby town of Benissa. We also went to a mountain park that had beautiful crystal- clear waterfalls with swimming and divng allowed. I Calpe is a family-type city where we felt comfortable to take our young child and were allowed to linger in shops or restaurants without feeling rushed, They do close in the afternoon so you just have to adjust to that but the sunshine lasts on until around 9pm, We were there the last two weeks of July and it did not rain once. All said we had a wonderful experience largely due to having a great "home base" apartment to return to.

Lovely clean property with everything you need " And More ". The owners Karen and Martin were very helpful and lovely people. The location was perfect, with only a 5 min walk to Calpe beach. We have already told friends and family and we will definately be back.

The apartment is extremely well kept with excellent facilities and very spacious. It is well situated with only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The owners were extremely helpful offering a professional meet and greet service with a welcome pack as an option, would highly recommend this apartment. Will be returning soon !!

a really lovely apartment not short of nothing,felt safe and secure ,walking distance to the beautiful beaches shops bars and restaurants ,,I would highly recomend this property .
this was a great place to stay. It was spacious, clean, bright and modern. It had everything you needed to stay comfortably. The kitchen was amazing with everything you need. Location was perfect, just a few hundred meters from the beach and there was a supermarket right around the corner. It was great value for money and by far one of our favourite places we've stayed so far. highly recommend!
