Casa Feliz is a villa of 200 m2 for 10 people with pool. It has a kitchenette with dishwasher and well equipped, a dining room / lounge with satellite TV and DVD, four bedrooms (3 doubles and one with four beds), three bathrooms (1 en suite), a laundry room with washer and dryer two terraces, internet with WIFI, barbecue, porch for two cars and garden.

The villa is comfortable and spacious and is located in a quiet residential area 3.5 km. the medieval village of Calonge, province of Girona (Costa Brava) and 5.5 km. Beach Sant Antoni.

It is ideal for short or long holidays between family with or without children or just a couple.

Owner's reply: Je vous remercie de votre opinion. Quant au matériel de la cuisine, d'habitude les gens ne cuisinent pas beaucoup quand ils sont en vacances. Pour le ménage, si vous regardez sur la web de TripAdvisor vous verrez qu'il n'est pas compris.

could not fault the villa, it was fantastic, beautiful grounds for the dog and a huge pool for the family. The bedrooms were great, everything was great. The villa is a few km from the town, and the only restaurant within walking distance was very busy, but very good (book a table) . you should also know if you have a pet there is a very good vet in the village who spoke English ( for going home ). Down side the price on the sheets and towels, the quality was very poor, had I known it would have been cheeper for me to buy new in the town. Also the barbeque was very dirty, we actually fired it up then cooked inside. The man came to clean the pool every other day and brought us fres fruit and veg from his garden, that was very friendly of him. Overall great holiday

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joan Nancy (the owner) a message.

If Joan Nancy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
