Description

Ash cottage is one of three strikingly modern cottages forming Long Barn Cottages in Callington SE Cornwall.

It has lovely lake views from the front (free fishing is just "feet" away) and a wide country field vista from the rear windows and deck.

The three cottages share an indoor pool with state of the art "EndlessPool" swimming machine (a bit like a treadmill for swimmers. There is also a hot tub and gym just feet from your front door.

Inside, Ash is all oak flooring with high quality matching furniture. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you might need, with granite work tops and quality appliances.

The bedrooms are both en-suite. The main bedroom has a walk in wet room and the twin has a bath with shower attachment.

Outside there is so much to do. The 5 acres of grounds are shared with the neighbouring Trehill cottages & feature...

“Lovely experience”

Beautiful area with great facilities on site. We loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. A lovely break for us from Spain even though the weather was disappointing. We enjoyed feeding the two donkeys carrots each day. The owners Neville and Francis were on site and very helpful and approachable

“Everything ready for a perfect holiday”

From the start we loved the great view from "Ash" over the fields and hills nearby. The beautiful wooden furnishings and comfortable sofas made us feel at home at once. The en-suite bathrooms were very useful, noone had to queue for the morning toilet. Our sons preferred the play-barn with table-tennis and air-hockey. We often used the indoor pool and hot tub to relax and have fun. Near the river Tamar, the natural border dividing Cornwall from Devon, Callington was a great town to start all kind of activities from. All three coastsides were in reach as well as the Dartmoor or Plymouth and Exeter. We loved being there!

Stayed gere for a week just the two of us. Very nice cottage, lovely views from bedroom lounge and kitchen and fishing was great. I enjoyed the pool and especially having a swimming lesson with cassie the local teacher who also happens to be an olympic medallist. The endless pool was a real bonus.

How do damage deposits work?
