Description

We offer you this spectacular detached 3 bedroom villa, located in Callao Salvaje. The interior has been tastefully decorated throughout with fashionable immaculate furnishings. This property boasts a large exterior with beautiful tall palm trees centered within the terrace alongside the private heated pool. There 2 steps from the walkway to the property and 1 step leading into the villa itself.

The spacious lounge holds a 50 inch flatscreen TV, 3 + 2 seater sofas, ceiling fans and patio doors leading to terrace. The kitchen area consists of: oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle plus everything you would need in a sophisticated home. The utility room has a washing machine, fridge freezer and iron with board etc.

The superb terrace with its many pretty features contains a shaded pergola with table and chairs for outdoor dining plus a comfortable seating area. Also on the terrace you will find plenty of sun loungers available, outside shower, other seating areas to “chill out” and the private heated pool 8 x 3 meters in size and at a constant depth of 1.2 meters. Perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday sunbathing in the sun with views of the sky high palm trees surrounding the villa.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Due to popular demand there may be a small additional charge for school half term and Easter weeks, you will be informed of this prior to booking. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Please contact us if you wish to book over the new year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

Getting around

This villa is approx 300 meters to all local amenities where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, hotels, banks, taxi rank, bus stops, pharmacy, doctors, cafes, bakery, butchers, tennis courts and football pitches etc. Callao Salvaje is only a 10 minute drive or 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama aswell are only a short drive away.

“Peace and Harmony in the sunshine with a great place to stay.”

The Villa is located about 5 minutes walk from shops and restaurants and the new beach, if you stand near the pool and look out the only thing you'll see is trees no properties at all obstructing your view to the front. The villa has everything that you need 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 en-suite and a shower room, heated pool, massive tv with every channel imaginable, large outside dining/ living area, v peaceful location we didn't hear a thing for the week we were there. The owner and property Manager Pat and Mandy were both fantastic as I'd been let down by another Villa owner after paying in full. They came to my rescue would I book again ? Without A Doubt Many Thanks from a sunny Callao Salvaje.
