This beautiful detached 5 bedroom villa with private heated pool, wifi and sea views has been recently furnished to a good standard throughout. This villa in Callao Salvaje Tenerife is a 3 bedroom villa with a huge self contained 2 bedroom apartment that looks out onto the pool terrace. The main villa is all on one level. The comfortable lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas. The 32 inch Plasma TV has a DVD player and TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Channel 4 and channel 5 plus 2 movie channels. The lounge also offers two sets of patio doors that lead to the upper sun terrace. From the lounge you enter the dinning area that has table and chairs for 6. The lounge and diner both have ceiling fans. From the diner you enter into the new kitchen fitted in 2013 with granite work surfaces which includes all the cooking utensils you would expect to find plus dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. There is also an outside washing area with washing machine. Off the kitchen is yet another set of patio doors thats leads to the upper sun terrace. On the same level offers the 3 bedrooms and shower room. Bedroom 1 has twin beds with matching curtains and a separate en suite which has a separate bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and doors that lead to a small balcony as does bedroom 3 but does have twin beds. All bedrooms have new large fitted mirrored wardrobes (fitted 2013) and ceiling fans. From the upper sun terrace go down the tiled staircase onto the pool level where you have the separate entrance into the huge 2 bedroom apartment. Here you will find 2 large bedrooms with twin beds and patio doors leading to the pool terrace and outside courtyard area. Both have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The large lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and TV with the same TV facilities as the main villa. The dining area has table and chairs for 6. These areas both have sets of patio doors that lead to the pool terrace and outside courtyard area. The new kitchen was fitted in 2013 has includes all the cooking utensils you would expect to find plus dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board, this also has patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

The exterior of this unusual property is on two levels. The upper level has a sun terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ and splended views of the sea and mountains. The lower sun terrace consists of 7 x 3 x 1.5 deep metre private electicaly heated pool and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. There is also an outside cosy courtyard with table and chairs for your enjoyment. All terraces has outside lighting.

There is a management company on hand for any matters that may arise with the villa during your stay. This villa is very good value therefore an early booking is recommended.

For all school half term and Easter weeks please add an additional £100 per week for the villa only

As you will be greeted on arrival at the villa you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellers cheques. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine. However you can pay 6 weeks before your arrival date if that suits.

Once a deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed and the calender updated.

Callao Salvaje

This villa is situated in a quiet residential area of the southern resort of Callao Salvaje. Statistically Callao Salvaje has more hours of sunlight per day than any other other areas in Tenerife. This villa is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. The new local beach in Callao Salvaje is also a few minutes walk from the villa, here you will find a bar with snacks, showers, toilets, seating areas plus a jetty which is ideal for fishing, snorkeling. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is a 5 minute walk for those wishing to venture out. ThIs Tenerife villa is a 10 minute drive to the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. Within a 10 minute walk of the villa is the brand new 4 star sports complex that provide tennis, paddle, squash, volleyball, basketball, large swimming pool plus has a gym, health and fitness club. Ideal for families. Both Costa Adeje and Abama golf course complexes are only a 10 minute drive away. The excellent beaches of Del Duque is only 10 minutes away.

"Beautiful villa with great views"

This villa and apartment was fantastic for a group of 9, offering so much space. The propriety was clean modern and over well maintained and worth every penny. The town is small but has a good selection of restaurants and bars and supermarkets Th view from the balcony was fantastic especially first thing and watching the sunset. The pool is a decent size and and heated to a lovely temperature. There were a couple of downsides which were minor. The WiFi is not good and you can have one thing using it at a time and the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was extremely noisy and not very effective. The towels also need replacing, however apart from these minor gripes a great holiday was had by all.

I have been advised that the wifi will be upgraded when fibre optic reaches the resort. The towels are being replaced shortly.
