All bookings qualify for our Covid-19 Booking Protection Scheme which means we will allow you to reschedule your booking free of charge for available dates in the future if any of the following regulations occur: lockdown in Tenerife, lockdown in your home country, travel ban imposed by the authorities in your home country, travel ban imposed by the Spanish authorities or a red list imposed on Tenerife. If any of the mentioned possible regulations do occur then you will be able to reschedule your dates free of charge. If you proceed and book this accommodation and it is looking like you may not be able to travel due to Covid-19 we would be happy to defer the final payment to a later date until the situation becomes more clearer. We offers you this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 en suites detached private villa which has been furbished to a good standard.  The villa and terrace is situated all on one level throughout, there are about 5 steps leading from the roadside to the villa.  The kitchen has a, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, plus everything you could expect and more from a holiday villa. The spacious comfortable lounge and diner has ceiling fan,  2 x 3 seater sofas and a beautiful dining table with 4 chairs. This room has TV with all UK terrestrial channels, plus all Sky channels and much more and a DVD player. There is a set of patio doors leading to the spacious terrace. Bedroom one has a king size bed, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes with en suite with bath and shower attachment.  Bedroom 2 has twins beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes plus an en suite with shower cubicle that can be also accessed from the lounge. A safe is installed at this villa for your security. There is also a large separate utility room with washing machine, iron with board plus sink. Free WIFI is included at the villa. Air conditioning is available between June and October.

The gated 8 x 3.5 metre electicaly private heated pool ( heated mid October to April has stylish roman steps for easy access plus a 2 metre shallow area for children and is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds with mattresses. There is also a large pergola for shade with table and chairs plus a comfortable seating area. There is also another terrace with further sunbeds and  BBQ for your enjoyment. The terrace is totally private and is not over looked. The villa manager is close by and is on hand for any matters that may arise. This villa is regarded as one of the best in the area, therefore an early booking is recommended.

We also have the property next door available called Villa Sunrise, please see "2 bedroom villas" list for details on our website. This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.
