From the owner

A comfortable modern 3 bedroom duplex apartment in the seaside resort of Calis. Fully air conditioned and well equipped. 2 light and airy bedrooms on the same level, each have single beds. equipped with plenty of wardrobe space, dressing table, safe, flat screen TVs and DVD players. Stairs lead up to the spacious attic bedroom which is fully air conditioned. It offers a large King Size bed, plenty of wardrobe space in the dressing area, dressing table with hairdryer, flat screen TV with DVD and safe. There is a large ensuite with bath and shower. The washing machine is situated in the ensuite for your convenience.

VENICE APARTMENTS are 30 minutes from Dalaman airport. They overlook a large shared private pool which has a separate children's splash pool, and a pretty garden area with palm trees and colourful shrubs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alex (the owner) a message.

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
