Description

Looking for a great value luxury modern self catering holiday less than 5 minutes walk to a beautiful clean beach with lots of amenities for all ages within walking distance then look no further you have found your perfect holiday! Newly refurbished to a excellent standard with the highest standards of cleanliness, beds freshly made up for your arrival and fully equipped to meet all your self catering needs including the convenience of a washing machine. Now taking 2019 bookings for this and my 5 other properties on site.

AVAILABLE FOR WEEKLY OR SHORT BREAKS (usual change over days Fridays and Mondays) FOR UPTO 4 ADULTS AND ONE YOUNG CHILD, ONE SMALL DOG ALSO ALLOWED (small additional charge). Please also see my other chalets which include pet free chalets (links at the bottom of page).

This modern chalet is located on a popular yet quiet family orientated park with lots of facilities suitable for families and couple of all ages less than 5 minutes walk from miles of clean unspoilt sandy beaches on the beautiful Norfolk coast in the small seaside village of California just 5 miles north of Great Yarmouth.

It has been fully refurbished and modernised with a brand new well equipped kitchen with WASHING MACHINE, open plan living/dining area, two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds plus cot if required both with fitted wardrobes) and family bathroom with electric shower over bath. Grassed area around the chalet and free onsite parking.

On site there is plenty to keep the whole family amused including Dutchy's Tavern (free entry and Wi-Fi), the Oasis evening entertainment centre (discounted pass available from me) which has free Wi-Fi, live entertainment and incorporates Big Fellas Restaurant, a family pub with Sky Sports, quizzes, free Wi-Fi and comedy during high season, amusement arcade with bowling, small children's play area, family diner, small supermarket, seasonal indoor swimming pool (17 May to 6 September), fish and chip shop. Off site within a short walk there is a traditional pub serving homemade food with free Wi-Fi, regular live music events and children's outdoor play area, amusement arcade, convenience store, bus stop, taxi and local tour company pick up point.

Nearby Great Yarmouth has much to offer including the Pleasure Beach, Sealife Centre, Hippodrome indoor circus, golden mile promenade, cinema, dog and horse racing, casino together with countless family attractions and many shows throughout the season. Just a few miles South are the beautiful Norfolk broads, a unique maze of inland waterways classified as a National park. There are many boat trips available or boats can be privately hired by the hour/day. The city of Norwich is just 20 miles west, known as one of the best places to shop in England together with many historical places of interest including the castle, cathedral and daily market, it makes an excellent day out.

Car parking is free. Subject to availability discounted swimming pool passes available from me for this chalet. Please note as per all chalets on site electricity is via a £1 coin meter and not included in your rental.

I am the owner Gail. Once you have booked your holiday you will be in direct contact with me. I personally prepare all my chalets and am always available by text, phone or email to deal with any queries leading up to your stay and whilst at the property. The keys for the chalet are held in a secure key box at the property, I will text you the code for this on the morning of your arrival so you can simply let yourself in after check in time (please note key boxes are checked as part of the chalet preparation). Total guest satisfaction is my absolute aim.

“Brilliant stay”

Me and my family stayed here over the bank holiday weekend and even tho the weather wasn’t great we still had a lovely time. The chalet was clean and welcoming. Gail was very helping with directions on how to get there and we had everything we needed when we arrived. We will definitely be staying again and I would highly recommend:)

everything anyone could need or want for a short break was supplied and very well maintained by the owner very welcoming clean and tidy could not fault it in any way would definitly visit again..

The chalet was immaculate, more spacious than expected and well stocked and with modern appliances. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the local club house held great entertainment each evening for children and adults and the chalet is located within a short 5 minute walk to the beach which was beautiful. I would highly recommend this chalet to all family and friends and would happily return, very good value for money.

A great, cosy place to stay. In a peaceful setting within commuting distance to main attractions. The place itself is well facilitated so other than your own belongings and food, there's very little you need to think about bringing. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Always able to assist with any queries. A very straight forward arrangement getting into the accommodation and dropping off key. Would definitely recommend this place to stay. I hope to come back again.

How do damage deposits work?

If Gail (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
