Description

Here is our lovely 2 bedroom chalet, Sleeps upto 7. Main bedroom a double, second room has a triple bunk ( double on bottom, single on top ). Sofabed in lounge.

Electric is by coin meter.

We include all passes to club house and swimming pool in our price. All beds made for your arrival.

Our chalet is only a 5 min walk from the beach. Well behaved dogs welcome.Travel cot, Highchair available at your request.

On site, there is the Oasis club house, Amusements, Shop, Chip shop, Fast food (Pit stop), Swimming pool, Launderette, Diner and Dutchy's Tavern. Hemsby, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk Broads all on the door step

Many holiday makers return each year and enjoy all the amenities on offer in California without having to use their car again before they leave. However if you wish to venture a little further Great Yarmouth has much to offer including the Pleasure Beach, Sealife Centre, roller skating, Hippodrome indoor circus, golden mile promenade, cinema, dog and horse racing, casino together with countless family attractions and many shows throughout the season. Just a few miles South are the beautiful Norfolk broads, a unique maze of inland waterways classified as a National park. There are many boat trips available or boats can be privately hired by the hour/day. The city of Norwich is just 20 miles west, known as one of the best places to shop in England together with many historical places of interest including the castle, cathedral and daily market, it makes an excellent day out.

“Great little base for exploring”

This is a perfect little base for exploring the beaches in and around California Sands. The chalet is roomy and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The local beach is a short stroll away and Great Yarmouth, Caister and others are a short drive. I'd definitely come back!

“wonderful base to check out norfolk”

we arrived to a lovely welcome pack and an immaculate chalet which was perfect for our needs .... even had milk provided in the fridge too ..... thankyou kirsty ..... well stocked kitchen with extras like salt, sauces etc, comfy lounge and beds with lots of extra towels, blankets etc ....... the beach is just a quick walk away past a pub which does lovely food too .... if you are staying here then go check out the beach at horsey gap where you can see seals (we saw 10 just swimming about at around 4.30pm) unfortunately we had to cut our trip short as had a family emergency but we will defo try and book again as it was a lovely chalet xxx

We had a fantastic stay at the chalet. Our second stay at the chalet park. It was clean & comfortable so great value. The owners are extremely helpful :) location is perfect with lots of nearby beaches & a short drive to the main tourist area.

“Everything you could wish for.”

Needed a base for visiting folk in Great Yarmouth and Gillingham and this was ideal. Everything we needed was included; milk in fridge and welcome pack was lovely. Bedding and towels included, car park space nearby. Unfortunately we had no time to enjoy the nearby beach, but did find the time for a quick walk. Would definitely recommend.

We decided to stay local this year for our holiday and just wanted somewhere local and cheep. We were blown away by this lovely little chalet. The welcome pack was a thoughtful tuch along with a birthday balloon for my daughter. (She felt so special) The chalet was clean and comfortable with every thing that you may need provided for you. The site itself is exactly what I expected and the children loved the pool. The beach is beautiful and is definitely worth the walk down to it. The children had a great time and can't wait to come back.

We had a few spare days and decided to rent somewhere cheap and cheerful, just for a base. Well it was cheap all right, but really comfortable, clean and well equipped. We will definitely be returning.

Why can't I call Kirsty (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Kirsty (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kirsty (the owner) a message.

If Kirsty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
