This is a lovely two bedroom apartment in Central Caleta. 5 min walking distance to restaurants, pubs, shops, beach, marina and about a 10 minute walk to Atlantico Shopping Center. 10 min walk to Saturday Market. Buses and taxis to other areas of the Island. Two fabulous golf courses 5 min drive.
One bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom two single beds and a double bed sofa in lounge area. It has a fully equipped kitchen including hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and all utensils. The lounge area has two couches with over 20 UK channels and DVD Player. The lounge leads out onto a large private wrap around terrace which has sun loungers, table, four chairs, sun umbrella. The terrace is very private and it is great for the sun worshippers!! The terrace over looks the pool area.
The Complex is extremely safe for children with key operated security gates. It has a childrens pool and adult pool with sun loungers all around the pool area.

We have just returned after our 2nd 4 week stay in this great apartment. Fantastic ‘L’ shaped terrace area where you can sunbathe all day or sit in the shade. Beach, shops, bars and restaurants all within 5/10 mins walk with a larger Spar supermarket 25 mins walk along a great coastal path. Car not needed as there is a very good bus service just 5 minutes from the complex. We used the local bus from the airport which took us 10 minutes. We will definitely be booking again.
Stayed here for a week, close enough to everything so you don't really need a car, short taxi ride from airport, we hired one to take in some more of the island and can honestly say after visiting all of the islands this one is my favourites. The apartment has everything you need, home from home we bbqed some days and enjoyed our own tapas on the lovely L shaped balcony overlooking the pool, south facing so sunshine all day, but cover if needed, safe and secluded with your own piece of privacy. Slept well and had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Even had a holiday pigeon, that's a first!!

We’ve just returned from a 4 week stay in this apartment which is ideally situated in the complex with a fabulous ‘wrap around’ balcony which gets the sun all day and also has a shady part if you’ve had enough sun. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. There are many bars and restaurants within 2/3 minutes walk and a huge beach just 8/10 minutes away. Thank you Maureen and Kevin, I’m sure I’ll be in touch for another stay.
